Spinalogic importer can import from many popular practice management software. Some are easier to import from than others. As long as your old data base can be exported as a CSV file, we can import it into Spinalogic. Here is how we import from different software:

PracticeHub: Uses Spinalogic Data Conversion Tool. From this we can gather the same information as Spinalogic importer but the process is different.

Spinalogic Importer

If your old software is compatible with our built in importer than there will be no issues importing into Spinalogic. Meaning all patient notes, images and documents will be moved over.

Import From Zurili

If your old software is not compatible with our importer but is compatible with Zurili, then the easiest way for us to get information across is via Zurili Syncrotron. We will require you to create a Zurili account and then add support as a user.

This will not bring over all patient information, only data that is stored in Zurili, such as patient demographics, upcoming adjustments and previous adjustments. This does NOT include appointment notes.

It is up to the client to get a CSV of their old database. Once retrieved we can import into Spinalogic.

NOTE: Dates must be in the correct dd/mm/yyyy h:mm AM format.

Notes

  • Capable Cloud
    • Data is stored online, you must reach out to Capable support if you want a copy of your data base.
  • Front Desk
    • Images and notes may be encrypted by Front Desk. To get this data you will have to buy it from Front Desk. Contact their support team to retrieve.
  • Visit Base
    • Exporting Visit Base to a CSV is not the most simple task. Luckily, we have done it a few times now and are proficient in it. We will just need your admin login credentials and access to the server which hosts your old database.
    • Notes and documents cannot be imported from Visit Base. If you contact their support team they can provide you with either a read only version of your database or a pdf for each patient. Those patient PDFs can then be added to patient files in Spinalogic (albeit not automatically).

Disclaimer

Spinalogic will install the Spinalogic software, and do an initial import of the Client’s existing practice data, if applicable, at the Nominated Site as soon as practicable after all hardware has been set up. The client must then configure the Spinalogic software and complete staff training. These two steps typically take less than one day each. Spinalogic will perform a Final Data Import the evening before the planned
Go Live. The Client must Go Live (start using Spinalogic for real) immediately after this final data import. Spinalogic is not responsible for the accuracy of any imported data. Spinalogic is not responsible for installation, maintenance or support of any hardware used by the Client even where that hardware has been purchased exclusively for the purpose of using Spinalogic Software.
