Increasing and Updating Adjustment Fees
Increasing your fees in Spinalogic is very simple.
- Simply go to: Settings, Financial, Products.
- Find the “Adjustment” service type and change the fee.
What happens to discounts when you update your fees:
All patients discounts will be maintained when you update your adjustment fee.
All patients default service fees will change according to your new adjustment fee.
For example if your current fee is $50. You have a 10% discount for John Smith which makes his default service fee $45 ($50 – 10%). You increase your adjustment fee from $50 to $60. The 10% discount still applies to John Smith so his new default service fee is $54 ($60 – 10%).
Other option:
If you would like to maintain the default service fee (by increasing the discount) for patients who are on program you can submit a ticket and Spinalogic Support will write a query to adjust your fees. Please note this query cannot be easily undone so please be specific and sure in your request.
Please submit a ticket with the following:
“We wish to increase our adjustment fees. We would like to keep the same default service fees all patients who are on program by increasing their discount.
Our current adjustment fee is: ______
We wish to increase our adjustment fee to: _____.”
Please allow up to a week for your request as this can only be done by higher up support.
