How to get a screen shot

Sometimes we may be unable to see a problem that you are seeing and the best way to show us is with a screen shot. This is where you take a picture of your screen and send it to us. Here’s how to do that:

Taking your Screen Shot

Use the Snipping Tool. Click the start button and type ‘snipping tool’.

Select New..Window Snip.

As you move your mouse, it will highlight the window that will be captured. Click when you have the one you want.

Click Save and save it to your desktop. Save as a .png file.

Sending your Screen Shot

Just attach it to the ticket.
