When a patient arrives and has their adjustment processed, their appointment is automatically fulfilled by Spinalogic.

If you have an appointment seeming to not be fulfilled check the following possible causes:

  1. The patient has two appointments. The first is fulfilled, the second of course is not. ** This is the most common cause of un-fulfilled appointments **
  2. The patient was manually loaded at the table bypassing the arrival process. Ensure the patient is arrived either at Arrivals or by the CA at reception
  3. The patient care program was remapped after the patient has arrived but before their adjustment is completed and before the appointment start time had elapsed. This is a rare scenario.
