Appointment Not Fulfilled
When a patient arrives and has their adjustment processed, their appointment is automatically fulfilled by Spinalogic.
If you have an appointment seeming to not be fulfilled check the following possible causes:
- The patient has two appointments. The first is fulfilled, the second of course is not. ** This is the most common cause of un-fulfilled appointments **
- The patient was manually loaded at the table bypassing the arrival process. Ensure the patient is arrived either at Arrivals or by the CA at reception
- The patient care program was remapped after the patient has arrived but before their adjustment is completed and before the appointment start time had elapsed. This is a rare scenario.
