Clinical Examinations also includes the option to “Auto-Create exam every 12 adjustments”. This suits the style of practice where you perform your examinations table-side or during your regular adjustment time. An examination record will be created every 12 visits and this will show on the adjusting screen. You can open the examination record during the adjustment or the examination record will appear on your items to review list at the end of the shift.

You can also “Create Missing Exams”. This will look back at your history of adjustments and create any missing examinations every 12 visits. These missing examinations will all show up on your Items to Review list.

*Note: Once your “Items to Review” list gets too long Spinalogic will prompt you to automatically mark old items as reviewed for you.
