How to set up

  1. Create Brevo account
    • Brevo.com
    • The free tier will give you the power to complete all tasks you will need. We recommend starting here and upgrading if you find that you need to send more emails.
  2. Whitelist your IP
    • Link
    • Disable access from all non whitelisted IPs (Recomended). You don’t have to do this step but the extra security is recommended. If you have a static IP you will only have to change this once, if not you might find yourself configuring this a lot. Changing to a static IP is a simple matter of requesting through your ISP.
  3. Veryify email address
  4. Create API key
  5. Add integrations to Spinalogic
    1. Settings>system settings>Integrations
    2. Press the green plus to add integration
    3. Paste the API key from the previous step
    4. Select Default list (The default name for this is “My First List”. This is fine)
    5. Save and close this window
  6. Set up tags
    • Settings>clinical>examination>tags
    • Add tags based on how you would like to mail patients

That’s it! You’re all ready to email more advanced templates. Just create some templates in Brevo and you will be able to patients based on whatever fields you setup with tags.
