Zero-Touch is a simple and powerful billing system.

The only obstacle to using it is getting the patient set up in the first place. Here are a couple of How-To Docs you might want to print out and laminate and keep handy for your patients when setting up their account:

1. Approving your Pre-Approval

This document describes (with pictures) just how the patient approves their new pre-approval agreement.

2. Changing funding of the Pre-Approval

By default when you set up a new PPPAA, PayPal uses PayPal funds as the primary funding source and the registered credit card as the secondary funding source. If your patient wants to use their bank account to fund their care, they will need to set that up with PayPal and then assign it as their secondary funding source for the PPPAA. This doc has two parts: one for setting up a bank account and another for linking that account to the PPPAA.
