The Spinalogic Client software is the actual Spinalogic application. There are 4 modules:

  1. Workstation – the main Spinalogic application
  2. Arrivals – for arriving patients
  3. Calling – manages patient flow and calling
  4. Checkout – for patients to pay / make appointments on the way out

You can easily install any or a combination of these or change them later.

Initial Installation

Ensure your workstation can access the Spinalogic file share on your server. It will be at //YOUR-SERVER/Spinalogic. If you don’t know what this means, ask us to do it for you or check with your IT.

Download the Spinalogic Client Installer from https://spinalogic.org/get-client.

Run the downloaded installer. It will put a shortcut on the desktop if you need it for later as well as one in your startup items so it will start on booting your pc.

Launch the Spinalogic Client. On first run, Spinalogic won’t know where your database is so you’ll seesomething like this:

Click “Yes”. It should find your database automatically and connect. Agree to the license and you’ll see something like this:

Click to install as you need.
