Final Checks before Going Live

By now you should have completed your Essential Settings and you and your team have done the Ignition Training.

It’s almost time to GoLive.

GoLive is when you start using Spinalogic in your office for real.

If you are upgrading, you may already be live so this will be a GoLive with your shiny new Edition.

Whether you’re about to GoLive for the first time or after an upgrade, it’s a good idea to role-play all your essential scenarios. First make a list for your office. Here’s one to get you started:

Scenarios to Role Play

• New Patient Call
• Initial Consultation
• Report
• Regular Visit
• Billing
• New Appointment
• Re-Exam

List your essential scenarios and role-play till you are all happy.

The Next Step

If you haven’t gone live yet, all that’s left to do now is a final re-import and you are ready to go!

Of course, if you have just upgraded, you can skip that step since you already have your up-to-date data in Spinalogic.
